2. Service Offerings

We offer record review, regulatory compliance, tax filing preparation, advisory consulting, and custom reporting (collectively, "services"). We also provide digital guides and tools ("digital products") and branded merchandise ("physical products").

3. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to supply accurate and complete information required for our services. Any delays in providing requested materials may affect delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due in advance or as otherwise agreed. We accept major payment methods. Invoices not settled within the agreed term may incur service interruptions.

5. Reimbursement Policy

We distinguish between our services, digital products, and physical products. Please review the applicable section before requesting a reimbursement.

5.1 Services

To request a reimbursement for services, please notify us in writing within 14 days of purchase. If no substantive work has begun, a full reimbursement will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Once work has commenced, we allocate resources based on schedules and cannot grant a reimbursement. However, you may request to reschedule a service engagement subject to availability.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital products become available upon purchase. Due to immediate access, all sales are final. We do not offer reimbursements for fully delivered digital products. Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion in case of technical delivery issues.

5.3 Physical Products

For physical products, you may request a reimbursement or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item remains in original condition. To initiate the process, contact our team via the contact form. We cover shipping costs for defective items to be sent back. Reimbursements are processed within 10 business days of receipt of the sent-back item to your original payment method. If replacement stock is available, you may opt for an exchange instead of a reimbursement.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Please review them periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
